Quality and compliance

Five hold points between your artwork and your delivery. Each one is recorded against the order, so a query months later can be traced.

How we check

  1. 01

    Incoming material

    Yarn, base fabric, board and film are checked against the booked specification before they enter production.

  2. 02

    Pre-production approval

    A physical sample is produced and signed off by the buyer. Nothing goes to bulk without it.

  3. 03

    In-process inspection

    Shade, registration and measurement are checked at set intervals during the run.

  4. 04

    Final inspection

    AQL check on the finished lot against the approved sample, with count verification.

  5. 05

    Packing control

    Cartons are labelled, counted and sealed against the packing list before despatch.
